These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Vela Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada ("Vela", "we", "us", or "our").
Vela is an AI-powered family coordination assistant that works through messaging platforms like Telegram and Facebook Messenger (with WhatsApp coming soon). We provide tools to help you organize family events, tasks, reminders, and shopping lists through natural conversation, voice messages, and photos.
Vela is currently in beta. The service is free during beta and may have occasional bugs or downtime. We're working hard to make it reliable and useful for your family.

Vela is provided "as is" during beta. While we strive for reliability, we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for missed events, forgotten tasks, or other coordination issues that may occur.
You can stop using Vela at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of Vela after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
